ב-REFERALLY אנו רואים חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני ונגיש לכלל הגולשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות. אנו פועלים להנגיש את האתר ולשפר אותו באופן שוטף.
רמת הנגישות באתר
אנו שואפים לעמוד בדרישות תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), ובתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמת AA.
מה עשינו כדי להנגיש את האתר
- מבנה כותרות סמנטי וניווט מלא באמצעות מקלדת (מקש Tab), עם סימון ברור של הפוקוס.
- ניגודיות צבעים תקינה בין הטקסט לרקע, והימנעות מטקסט צהוב על רקע בהיר.
- קישור "דלג לתוכן" בראש העמוד.
- כיבוד העדפת המערכת להפחתת אנימציות (reduced motion).
- רכיב נגישות ייעודי (ראו להלן).
רכיב הנגישות באתר
בכל עמודי האתר מופיע כפתור נגישות בפינה השמאלית-תחתונה. לחיצה עליו פותחת תפריט המאפשר: הגדלה והקטנה של גודל הטקסט, מצב ניגודיות גבוהה, הדגשת קישורים, עצירת אנימציות ואיפוס. ההגדרות נשמרות בדפדפן שלכם.
מגבלות ידועות
חלקים מסוימים באתר מסתמכים על שירותים חיצוניים (למשל מערכת קביעת התורים של Setmore וקבוצות וואטסאפ) שאינם בשליטתנו המלאה ועשויים שלא להיות נגישים במלואם. אנו פועלים לצמצם מגבלות אלו. אם נתקלתם בקושי, נשמח שתעדכנו אותנו.

Accessibility Statement

At REFERALLY we place great importance on providing an equal, accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to keep the site accessible and to improve it on an ongoing basis.
Level of accessibility
We strive to meet the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations and Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA.
What we have done
- Semantic heading structure and full keyboard navigation (Tab key) with a clear focus indicator.
- Adequate color contrast between text and background, and no yellow text on a light background.
- A "skip to content" link at the top of the page.
- Respect for the system "reduced motion" preference.
- A dedicated accessibility widget (see below).
The accessibility widget
An accessibility button appears at the bottom-left of every page. It opens a menu to: enlarge or reduce text, enable high contrast, underline links, stop animations, and reset. Your settings are saved in your browser.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site rely on third-party services (for example the Setmore booking system and WhatsApp groups) that are not fully under our control and may not be fully accessible. We work to reduce these limitations. If you run into any difficulty, please let us know.
