These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and REFERALLY LTD (company no. 517367751) (“REFERALLY”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
REFERALLY is a community that connects job seekers with employees who have independently volunteered to act as referrers at their companies. On paid plans, we show you the contact details of a referrer (a referral link, or an email or phone number). You then contact that person yourself, on your own initiative, and decide what to share with them, including your CV.
Members also receive relevant job openings through WhatsApp groups matched to their seniority level and field (Software, Hardware, Data, Product).
REFERALLY does not select candidates, does not submit applications, does not negotiate on your behalf, and is not a party to any communication, interview, or hiring decision between you, a referrer, and a company. REFERALLY is not an employment agency, placement bureau, or recruiter, does not act as an intermediary in the recruitment or hiring process, and does not charge for placement. Your subscription pays for access to information and to the community, not for a job placement, an interview, or a referral outcome.
REFERALLY does not collect, store, or transmit your CV for the purpose of a referral. Any CV you upload as part of the Premium CV Course kit (for a personal review or the ATS-check tool) is used only for that specific feature, as described in our Privacy Policy, and is not shared with any company or referrer.

Parts of the Service are delivered through WhatsApp and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don’t control. Companies and referrers are independent third parties; we’re not responsible for their conduct, decisions, or hiring processes.
REFERALLY helps you see openings sooner and reach people faster. It does not and cannot guarantee that you’ll be shown a referral contact for any specific role, that a referrer will engage with you, that you’ll be interviewed or hired, or that any listing is accurate, current, or still open.
The Service, including our brand, logo, software, and content (excluding content you provide), is owned by REFERALLY or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that job information is complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REFERALLY and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold REFERALLY harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you through the Service or by email.
